Our air stopped working so we called the company that installed the system. Mistake number 1. After they sent three different technicians over the course of two days, we are told we need to replace a $5000 part. They then say at that price you should just get a new unit. Rich and the Standard Air team were great to work with. He was very responsive, punctual, and professional. He helped us troubleshoot our Heat Pump during a cold weather spell and we figured out it was best to replace the whole unit. There was no pressure to make that decision and he gave me time to consider my options. I also really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything like most commercial HVAC companies do.
