Rich came out to our house a couple weeks ago to repair a PTAC unit in our converted garage apartment/in-law suite that had an issue. He quickly assessed the issue and had us back up and running in no time. I will be calling him in the future for all of our HVAC needs.
Our furnace stopped working suddenly on a cold evening. House temperature started dropping. I checked everything I could but couldn’t get the heat back on. Neighbors swear by Standard Air so I contacted them and had someone out in under 30 minutes. Rich was amazing! Very courteous, explained everything to me, didn’t mind me asking a dozen questions. My AC went out (luckily just a capacitor), and Rich came out to fix it same day and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. If you want the best and most trustworthy company for your HVAC needs look no further than Standard Air. Would recommend 10/10. :-)
Our air stopped working so we called the company that installed the system. Mistake number 1. After they sent three different technicians over the course of two days, we are told we need to replace a $5000 part. They then say at that price you should just get a new unit. We just moved into this house and the unit is only 6 years old. We called Rich and Standard Air as soon as they left to get a second opinion.
