Completely ghosted on our project - took our last payment of $13k, which was specifically invoiced as a change order to do a required electrical upgrade, and never heard from Derek again. All in, we spent over $158k and have had to hire other contracts and spend money we don't have to try to finish our ADU project that he abondoned and did not complete per the contract we had with him.
