There are no complaints allowed at all. They will instantly banish a person from ever getting an appointment if they complain. One technician showed me (after two MRT's) what my next MRI body position would be for my next appointment. When I came for my next appointment, a new technician was mad because I suggested that specific positioning because that is what I was expecting, I did not yell or swear but I was surprised at what he wanted me to do. I am a Medicare patient and I was overcharged on sight but paid anyhow as I needed this MRI. Was told I would get a refund after calling Medicare. They don't answer phones or follow up or even respond to repeated calls from Medicare. They don't send results to Dr's even when they say they will. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
