I have had several MRIs with Stand Up MRI. Always professional and patient oriented. They keep my prior images on file and always compare the new images with old - at no extra charge! The doctors always receive the report in a timely manner & you walk out with a CD in your hand. It's great to be able to watch TV, while being scanned. And when I couldn't pay my bill in full, they were kind enough to let me pay over a few months.

After being here I just wonder why anyone goes anywhere else. I dealt with a total of 4 people there from the initial phone call to 3 in the office and all were helpful, friendly, reassuring and understanding. I'm not afraid to go here for anything. Practices are run well, but wait until you get a bill.....Their billing staff is rude and unprofessional. Their billing system sends erroneous billing statements and when you try to resolve them the talk about the patients when they think you are on mute. There are other options in Orlando for MRI services - I would put Stand-Up MRI at the bottom of your list and pick a more professional organization that respects and treat patients with care and dignity.
