I had a great experience here. I have anxiety & I am claustrophobic so I needed to use the open MRI machine. Today was my second attempt to get my scan done. (The last time my anxiety was way too high & I wasn't comfortable in the machine.) The technician, (I am horrbile with names & forgot his name, sorry) was great. He remembered me from the last time and made sure that I was ok & calm before attempting to gettl me set up in the machine. I was nice & calm which surprised me. My husband had the worst experience. The woman when checking in had no idea what she was doing. Then they mixed my appointment saying i didnt have an appointment. When using Zwanger we are in and out. He sat for 45 minutes before going in. The place was filthy. We will NEVER use this place again.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The staff were amazing. So patient with me as I struggled to get through the MRI. The option to be able to sit and watch tv helped me tremendously with my high anxiety and claustrophobia I highly recommend this place and the staff is the best!

Had a really good experience at Stand-Up MRI in Islandia. The staff was kind and made the whole process easy. The open-style machine helped a lot with my claustrophobia. Clean place, no long wait, and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend.
