This was the first time I had a stand up MRI. What a difference! With the regular MRI, I get panic attacks and I even had them stop it once because I couldn’t continue. The technician, John, was amazing. He explained everything to me and was very comforting. He made sure I was completely comfortable before he started the MRI. I had a huge TV screen in front of me and John put the channel of my choice on. I was very comfortable and felt zero anxiety. The professional staff took care of me very carefully and nicely. When I was called in for the MRI, the technician Mr. Brian Caruso was very polite and soft spoken in welcoming me inside and he explained to me the procedure and pre cautions in a very friendly and nice manner. I would like to thank the front office staff and Mr. Brian in giving me the best professional care and made me feel like home. Best people, great facility.
This place is pretty straight foward. The mri is easier to deal with and less claustrophobic here compared to an enclosed mri. You get to watch some TV while you do it, you can fully see infront of you. The tech here that does the MRI is very patient and friendly and he ensures your comfortable every step of the way. For contrast they even break it up so you can take a break, get the injection and go back to the machine for the remainder of the scan.
