Absolutely despicable. Scheduled an appointment at noon but their MRI machine broke. Was told to be in the vicinity and only called back 6 hours later, but was not seen for another 2 hours (total of 8 hours). I live 2 hours away and my medical transportation was canceled as a result of going way past my appointment time. They decided it was acceptable to see another patient immediately meanwhile make one patient wait 8 hours. Great service and professional
Cancelled my appointment because they took my information down incorrectly. When they called for right information, I didn't have it on me. Didn't allow time for me to call back later when I have access to it. Told me because they're leaving or she is leaving for the day theyd have to cancel my appointment. So my appointment was cancelled due to their error.
