Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Jackie did not even say hello when I walked in, just mute. The other short Spanish lady was not pleasant as well. The place was pretty much empty yet the 2 of them had the worst attitude ever. After finishing my scan with Bobby, which was great, he was very welcoming and compassionate. My experience with the receptionist over the phone was completely unacceptable. She was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Instead of simply assisting me with rescheduling my appointment due to a medical device that was unexpectedly and necessarily put on me,she demanded that I justify myself in an aggressive tone, speaking to me as though I was being interrogated rather than helped.
