Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. Jackie did not even say hello when I walked in, just mute. The other short Spanish lady was not pleasant as well. The place was pretty much empty yet the 2 of them had the worst attitude ever. After finishing my scan with Bobby, which was great, he was very welcoming and compassionate. My experience with the receptionist over the phone was completely unacceptable. She was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Instead of simply assisting me with rescheduling my appointment due to a medical device that was unexpectedly and necessarily put on me,she demanded that I justify myself in an aggressive tone, speaking to me as though I was being interrogated rather than helped. Excellent staff and Radiologist MD was so nice and accommodating.
Do not use Tim he had me sitting there for an extra hour, which was fine, but on top of that when I got into the machine, I was only in there for 40 minutes less than that, and he just rushed me and rushed me and rushed me and kept on putting me down that the scans weren’t going through correctly. How did I finish in 40 minutes if my scans weren’t going through correctly? This is my first time at this MRI facility but my last. I did a stand up MRI now they refused to release my Report due to my injury report from my pass 2013.Why needed my pass report to compared to present. The staff is helpful but the MRI specialist refused to gave my report because he wanted to compare never heard that before I am sick and has vision issues to deal with this getting pass report to get present .I will never go here again...
