This is my first time at this MRI facility but my last. I did a stand up MRI now they refused to release my Report due to my injury report from my pass 2013.Why needed my pass report to compared to present. The staff is helpful but the MRI specialist refused to gave my report because he wanted to compare never heard that before I am sick and has vision issues to deal with this getting pass report to get present .I will never go here again...
This is my 4th visit to Carle Place Stand-Up MRI, everyone is great here from front desk to the MRI Tech and management. I just had 2 MRIs done this week(Lumbar Spine and Right Shoulder) and both were done with no waiting time or issues. the first MRI I was even given an earlier appointment when one had opened due to a cancelation. Horrible place, not enough staff. Have a appointment at a time then they have you waiting over an hour! Theres rarely someone at the counter. Don't go here unless you wanna waste your day away. They also have attitude when you ask how much longer till youre seen. I'll never come back here.
Let’s just say the employees act as if you’re bothering them. I had to say excuse me like three times when I first walked in because the employees were in the back Gossiping. They kept saying how is Jackie’s mom doing like if we (patients) got time for them. Once I caught one of their attention they seemed annoyed. The young short girl with braces and glasses gave me attitude when I asked her for help with the iPad.
