Very bad experience for this place, I tried to cancel my membership, but no once they picked up the phone, This is not just poor service it’s borderline unethical. Ignoring members and making it nearly impossible to cancel a membership feels like a scam. No one should have to chase a business this hard just to stop being billed for a service they’re not using. I expected better from a professional fitness center, but this has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Absolutely pathetic experience. I’ve been trying to cancel my gym membership for over a month now. I’ve sent multiple emails and called almost every single day not once has anyone picked up the phone or replied to my messages.
