If you found a massage therapist that can locate the knot every time and has the focus and stamina to untie the knot, then you will follow her to the end of the world. Mikah has the talent and the skills that make her hands magical. I definitely don’t go easy on my body, had many injuries from competitive martial arts over 12 years, have not always the best posture at work, but I’m not exaggerating when I say that Mikah is fixing me every time. She’s the best out there.

I’ve had issues with muscle tightness in my legs for several years now and got to the point where it moved to my hips and then back. Movement was getting limited and more uncomfortable. I found Mika and within a few sessions of therapeutic massage and suggested stretching from her to work on-much improved to the point that I’m back to hiking and biking with very little discomfort after and clears up when I follow her stretching suggestions and regular visits. I’ve been seeing Mika since April and could not be more satisfied!
