I couldn't recommend Stand Strong more. Shelby the owner is meticulous with her coaching and extremely dedicated as a gym owner. The members and all individuals involved with the gym are outstanding.
Joining Stand Strong was one of the best decisions my wife and I have made. The facility is awesome, clean, and loaded with everything you could possibly need. Shelby Downing herself is one of the best parts of the facility. It's so nice being able to walk in and strike up a conversation with her. At 67 years of age, I was nervous & hesitant to #1) go to a gym in the first place, and #2) was unsure if I could even do the exercises. Well...that was the BIGGEST misconception for me!
