They put me up in a hotel for one night. I was h der the impression they would help me. It the next morning I was told they had nowhere to put me and would not pay for any additional nights at the hotel. I would have done better without their "help"

Probably the worst non profit. I fled a situation of very severe domestic abuse many years ago but the trauma is still there. I connected with their therapists- they were rude and honestly not the type of people I would ever suggest for therapy. They told me there is a 6 months waiting list because I stated I did not want to go through the provided therapist. Fanny, thank you for listening and taking action on fixing my hard ship with my rent. It’s crazy how an abusive relationship can put u back financially; either because u lost a job or depression. But you, Fanny and your alliance team stepped up and helped me because a restraining order does not pay my past due bills or anything but you guys did help me get out of my little hardship and I look forward to taking some counseling classes that you guys offer.
