I've called this place at least 10 times since my assault in September of 2024. Every single time they have said "they were transferring me and then it's a recorded greeting to leave a message I've left several messages. If I was suicidal atm in time, I would be gone. No one calls me back. Today I tried calling for the first time in a long time and had the same thing happen. All of the clothing is clean, in great condition and well organized!! The prices are definitely reasonable and the staff is polite and helpful 💜
They put me up in a hotel for one night. I was h der the impression they would help me. It the next morning I was told they had nowhere to put me and would not pay for any additional nights at the hotel. I would have done better without their "help"
