Dropped in while visiting the dells for the weekend. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had and the group there was very welcoming and friendly. Great wod, at a great gym!
This past weekend, my sister planned my bachelorette party in Arkdale. Since it was a weekend all about my favorite things, I told her I wanted to do a CrossFit/fitness class. She started reaching out and found Jeff at Stand Rock CrossFit (Dells Athletic Club) who was amazing. Jeff welcomed us to his gym, let my sister pick the workout and even grabbed some donuts as a treat for us after. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and contact them during our stay locally, neither my wife nor I ever even got the courtesy of a reply. It always boggles my mind how anyone can run a business and elect not to respond to inquiries —and it doesn’t say much about how reliable or helpful they’ll be if you do end up becoming a member and then have questions.
I dropped in for the 4:45am class two days while visiting the Dells. Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Got some good workouts in.
