Agreed on price, color and time frame for delivery of the repainting of a sign i had purchased from stand out signs a few years earlier. Stand out signs was unable to deliver on any of the agreed upon issues above. The sign was finally painted the wrong color scheme, higher price than agreed, months later than promised. The last straw was when they said it was my fault that the sign was painted the incorrect color scheme. I am going into a legal battle with this company. I wrote the wrong name on a check I gave them so i sent them a new check with the correct name and they cashed one in a check cashing place and another at the bank now they don't want to give me my money back. They attempted to send me a check for half the refund and the check bounced and that's when i said enough is enough and now i'm suing them for my money and criminally for cashing a check they were not suppose to cash.
