Very disappointing. Called to enquire about getting a chair fixed and he was extremely blunt, condescending and uninviting. Customer service was incredibly poor and definitely did not make me want to go there.
Have just had my couch reupholstered by Cam at Stancraft Upholstery. Super happy with the result!!! A very professional job, friendly customer service and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend Stancraft Upholstery!

Called to enquire about getting a couch repaired to be told they can’t at this time of year and to call around but they doubt I’ll get anyone. Wasn’t even needed the couch repaired at this very moment but was not even given a chance to say so before receiving that response. Very disappointing customer service and very unhelpful.
