Stance Factory is the only place I bring my vehicle. Why? They know everything about BMWs, are trustworthy and have amazing customer service. Plus, Jason is a super nice human being. You will not be disappointed if you're looking for maintenance, service or aftermarket work.
I've had two BMWs in my life and this is the only shop I've ever taken either one to; the professionalism is unmatched and the service quality is impeccable. Even when the news wasn't what I had hoped for, he was totally transparent and patiently answered my follow up questions. I'm a lifetime customer and you should absolutely be one too!
My niece towed her car that wasn’t able to driven to this solo mechanic shop, he didn’t help fix the issues if anything he made them worse. Be careful who you bring your vehicles to!! Not everyone is genuine.
