My car has been serviced by Jonathan’s service over a year now (multiple oil changes , regular maintenance and engine mount change ). Each time they did a great job , always on time and great to communicate with customers.

I asked for my AC lines to be vacuumed and checked for leaks. They lied and said that I had a power issue with my AC system when I had my AC compressor unplugged on purpose so we could get vacuumed before anybody uses it. The owner himself lied to me and charged me $400 and the AC still doesn’t work and when I brought it back to him, he said call the police. He kept asking for all cash, but I did pay for half of it with my credit card. So I’m able to dispute my credit payment.

Jonathan made a house call in Pine Lake on short notice. He stood in the cold after business hours while he ran some diagnostics and figured out my issue. The price was extremely reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended, especially to folks in Pine Lake!

I originally needed my catalytic converter worked on but due to a leak.. I decided to see about the oil leak first. I took my car in and told them about this leak I had. He advised me to leave the car and he would call me. Upon calling me, I was informed that I had an oil leak, duh! And that he had to change out the oil pan. Also, he changed my water pump, for which I didn’t approve nor was I informed until completion. He claims he had to do an oil change for which I did prior to coming there.
