I am extremely happy that I chose Stanbridge Construct to build a new 'composite flooring' deck over the top of my existing sloping (owing to some subsidence) patio. We are extremely happy with the job Matt and his team did replacing our deck with composite decking. He was very flexible in terms of replacing only the parts of the framing that required it and did a great job with a complex deck with lots of weird angles and terrace steps down to the grass. The end result is amazing. He also built a section of fence for a decent price that we had been struggling to find anyone willing to do.
I cannot recommend Stanbridge Construct highly enough. Matt and his offsider Danny showed up every day, on time and worked through high temps and humidity - they were amazing to deal with - respectful and unobtrusive. Matt kept me informed of any changes, additional costs etc. and they built an incredible and beautiful 10m x 10m Merbau deck which looks fabulous.
Matt steered us in the right direction for our deck rebuild...thankfully! He is a craftsman and passionate about his work. He carries his gentlemanly personality into his work and always responds courteously to our questions. Evident throughout was his wise mentoring to his assistant Danny...a good teacher as well. We very gladly recommend his services. We are incredibly pleased with our new pool deck with composite timber decking.
