I have been with Erie for over a decade and wanted to switch my Erie policies from another insurance agent (Samuel Freeman of the Freeman Agency) because of repeated errors and a general lack of giveashit on his part. After devastating Hurricane Helena destroyed our community and damaged our home, we learned from Kelly that our Home Owner’s policy was cancelled due to a shortage of payment from our Mortgage company.
