I lived on one of the properties for 9 months and not once did they return a phone call about issues I had. The neighbors caused $900 worth of damage to my car and nothing was ever done about it. They took over $700 worth of my deposit for things that I did not cause or they just made up to take my money. I left the property 10x better then I found it and always paid my rent on time and they screwed me over. Do not rent from Stanback properties.
