Not a very good impression. First I reached out to them to get a quote for a trimming via website. I was replied to and given a date/time and responded saying sounds great. That day/time came and nothing... I inquired if they are just running late and couldn't call or something else happened. Was told they forgot to put me on the schedule... Got on schedule, figured hey, mistakes happen we are human. Someone came, took some pics, shared some info with me and said would get me a quote later that day. Stanage Tree Service once again came through with the removal of 7 fairly large trees yesterday. It's important these days to hire certified arborists that know what they're doing, and help to educate the client at the same time. They arrived on time, worked steadily for 8 hours, performed the removal efficiently and with some major equipment, were constantly aware of safety, helped me with cutting and stacking firewood, and did a thorough cleanup including stump grinding. On top of that they are all very pleasant people!

Stanage has done work for me many times and always does a great job. They are always professional, show up when they say, and clean up completely when they are done. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.
