Stan was prompt, friendly and professional. Quickly diagnosed and fixed. Very fair price and totally pleased with the service. Don't go anywhere else, this is the best.

After 28 years we decided to be proactive and replace the old Bradford White 40 gallon gas water heater. Matt got my water heater replaced within a week with the updated Bradford White model. He did an amazing job, and the price couldn't be beat.

When I was gearing up to replace our water heater, I saw a "Stan the Hot Water Man" sticker on it. Since the thing was almost 20 years old, I assumed the company would no longer be in business. Cue my surprise when I started looking into a replacement and every post I saw from the last few years was recommending Stan. Since moving to our house, we've always had a twitchy water heater pressure problem; Matt came out, found the issue, and fixed everything on the spot. He also inspected and cleaned a pipe that might have been leaking. Rates were very reasonable and we're so relieved to have things finally working! Also we didn't need immediate service, but they were willing to schedule us right away if needed - just comforting to know. Thanks so much!
