Had a very difficult situation with my Water Heater. My old one went out and a new one would not fit in where it went. Their technician Kyle came out looked around and came up with a solution for us. He found a new water heater, brand new gas pipes and got everything taken care of for us. It was a lot of hard work but he stayed at it and got everything finished. Thank you guys for all the hard work! The new water heater works excellent!
stan's replaced our gas water heater last year, when no one else I contacted would touch it due to installation difficulties. They did an excellent job.
This review is for the "Vancouver branch" of the Wood Village, Oregon-based Stan the Hot Water Man. We had serious problems with two-month old hybrid water heater. Johnny and his apprenticed arrived and, after diagnosing the problem, worked directly with Rheem to conclude the water heater needed to be replaced. He and his apprentice worked late into Friday afternoon picking up a new heater, swapping it out, and ensuring we had hot water for the weekend. The service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended!!
