Didn’t address my original concerns. Thanks for helping me with sinus infection but I came in for my lower throat and vocal cords. You’ve changed my acid reflux meds and now it’s unbearable. One appointment and I don’t want to come back
I went 3 years without being able to breathe through my nose, after having an allergic reaction to a shot. Dr Potocki was pretty much my last effort. He got rid of an infection I never knew I had, then suggested Balloon Surgery. I wasn’t holding my breath literally, but I was game for anything at that point. I braced myself, but had no problems whatsoever. It was easier than expected, and my deviated septum from childhood was repaired in the surgery, as well as my airways cleared. I don't recommend. They would not help get me in any sooner than one month later despite having an urgent problem where my ear is totally clogged. They couldn't care less. I'll find someone who cares.
My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Potocki and we really liked him. Very personable and makes sure we had no questions before he is done.
