Nenad arrived on time to fix a squeal in the main bathroom. He respectfully changed to indoor shoes and also kept everything clean when done fixing and re-installing everything. Final price was well within initial estimate as well.
Initial call was made after business hours but Jim answered and was very helpful in scheduling a day and time - within 48 hours no less!!
