Never an issue with customer service, always get what I need and out the door I go. Not saying I spend a ton of money there but they treat me as if I do.
I recently spent $2,700 at this location. One thing I purchased was a LL 100 N laser. I live 55 miles from Rapid. I set up on the jobsite and it doesn't work. I call in and the person who answer seems very unconcerned with our issues. Simply states to bring it in. I tell him that I live an hour away and would have shut my company down for 3 hours. Honestly, I love the guys at Stan Houston. They have taken care of me every step of the way. I first found them went renting a track buggie for pouring a pad in my backyard and haven’t looked back since. They always have either on par or better pricing than ever other rental and do everything they can to take care of me. Tool selection is fantastic and the deals they run are awesome.
