Been a loyal customer for years, as a general contractor.. Spent thousands of dollars here. Had a Milwaukee tool I purchased here that went bad, they want to charge me 15 dollars for a warranty claim. For a tool I BOUGHT HERE. Absolute BS. They just lost themselves a customer today, will never buy here again. Zero stars.
Never an issue with customer service, always get what I need and out the door I go. Not saying I spend a ton of money there but they treat me as if I do.
