I never leave bad reviews! But I ordered on October 16, it's been 7 days and it's still "processing" and hasn't shipped. I call the number and nobody answers. Will never use this site again as the product could have been ordered on Amazon and I would've received it in 2 days, but I like to order from a person/doctor's office if at all possible. My mistake for wanting to help small businesses! Shop around BEFORE ordering from this site and listen to all the bad reviews on slow shipping.

Ordered a microbiome labs biome fx test from them… once they finally sent the pdf test (I had to call them Multiple times) results, they said they would send the send a video after reviewing the test, but never did. Truthfully, I’m ok they did not send the video review because I wouldn’t trust a thing this guy says anyways. There are thousands of other companies to buy from, stay far away from this one.
I made an order on Oct 26. By Oct 31 it still hadn't shipped out. I emailed them to cancel it, but no response. So I bought it locally and also disputed it with my CC company on Nov 6 and -- low and behold I get an email from Dr Guberman that a package is on its way! A complete fraud of a company. Don't buy anything from them!! Beware! They have since responded that he was grieving the loss of his wife and she handled all the orders. The reason I chose to order curaderm from this website is because they mention that if u have questions, u can call them . I was recently diagnosed with some skin cancer on my face and ordered the cream - was pretty devastated about the diagnosis . I called up Dr Gubermans office to ask a few questions about my order and the cream . The lady who I talked to was the the most insensitive and un professional woman.
