I recently had a sinuplasty, septoplasty, and turbinate reduction with Dr. Potocki, and the results have been life changing. He took out my tube from my left ear
The doctor only talks to the nurse. You might as well not even be in the room. Gave them my list of medications and they both ignored it. Doctor wants to get out of your appointment as fast as possible and leaves everything on the nurse. The nurse doesn’t seem to even know what to say or how to answer questions.
Didn’t address my original concerns. Thanks for helping me with sinus infection but I came in for my lower throat and vocal cords. You’ve changed my acid reflux meds and now it’s unbearable. One appointment and I don’t want to come back
