Stan Bennett's Health & Fitness is a fantastic gym with an impressive selection of equipment and plenty of space to get a great workout in. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the atmosphere is motivating without feeling intimidating. I especially appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is. There’s a great variety of machines and free weights, making it easy to build a complete workout. Definitely a great spot in Santa Rosa for anyone serious about fitness!

Great gym. Lots of duplicate machines so you don't have to wait.
I love Stan's ❤️ Honestly one of the best gyms I have been at. Great employees and community. Ed is always welcoming and helpful whenever I have a question. Always says hi when I walk in and and goodbye when I leave. Customer service you don't see anymore like that!
