I love this gym! I debated joining here for years, and I am disappointed I didn't do it sooner. No frills about this place, just tons of machines, and a quiet space to work out. No meat market vibe, no lycra fashion show, no giggling, no selfie taking, no catty twenty-somethings. Just people who focus on strength and fitness.
