Very organized place and really good place to work and for starting a career. They will hire people with no experience and train them very well. The only thing is there skilled trades pay is the same as press operator pay which is crazy... But it is a great place to work at for 2 years to get experience and move on. I was maintenance technician and made 10 an hour with zero press experience. After 2 years I was up to 12 and hour learned a ton and quit for another job. Long story short i have 6+ years experience now and make tripple now doing machine repair. Great starter place for skilled trades and press operators
