Customer service and professional conduct go beyond elevators. *Particularly if you’re driving around in a company vehicle.* On Monday, 5/8/23, around 11am - a Stampede Elevator truck nearly ran my family and I off the highway. Once I caught up side by side to the truck, the driver laughed at us. Please be better and have some class.
My husband and a neighbor were stuck in the elevator at 10:45pm. Stampede Elevator responded promptly and professionally within half hour and fixed it. Thank you so much!
