Ties for worst place I ever worked. Only people making money are the managers, ones in the office and the Weavers. They own another plant in Kentucky and this one is the tax write off for it. If their customers knew what they paid they would pull their contract. I burnt a a hole in Jason Weaver's shirt cause he got to close to me while I was grinding parts. Barely pays more than minimum wage, not enough to live on!!
The employees are wonderful the owner is really really out of touch with reality...you cannot feed your family on ten dollars a hour..
Got fired for not working off the clock Because I'm not a slave I won't work for free. Terry fired me. Also a lot of drug addicts work on second shift. Don't go if you're uncomfortable working around gadsden crackheads. Thanks for the opportunity mark Weaver.
