Simply put, disappointing. I ended up re-serving the person myself and finally, filing the correct affidavit of service myself! A complete waste of my money and time using this firm :-(
I couldn't get a response or update in weeks about service and still am left in the dark. If you aren't willing to take on service requests from out-of-province, or arent familiar with the process, that should be made clear from the start. I will not be using again or recommending.
Great team, Adam and Samantha at reception both very kind and were eager to help coordinate with myself and clients, responsive to all emails and calls and we received all documents needed in satisfactory time.
This company really came through for me when another process server couldn't get the job done. The communication was excellent and I doubt the speed of service could be matched. Highly, highly recommend.
I Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for court services. This place is a joke, Supposedly I was expected to receive my document after a week from speaking to Adam and still till this day we haven't received anything and it's been since February 8th. Adam was so quick to ask for a review and I'm giving him what he asked for now
