Stampcrete of Maryland did an outstanding job on my 20 x 25 ft. stamped concrete patio about 3 years ago. Still looks like new. Team actually completed my job 2 weeks earlier than expected. My job also included removing a wood deck. Very competitive pricing. Sales rep even came out lately, on his own time to repair a spot, mishap not related to any construction issues. We get so many compliments from neighbors and friends. If you are planning on having a patio installed, I totally recommend this team.

In the summer of 2023, StampCrete removed my crumbling, cracked concrete front walk, step, and back patio. They installed new stamped concrete, and it is fabulous! We have gotten countless compliments from neighbors, friends, and family. The curb appeal of my home went up tremendously. They went above and beyond. At first I was worried about the color, but they do tell you up front that it will look like the wrong color at first. Cannot say anything positive. I fought with them just to meet the requirements of the contract. Pictures show what they fought with me on. They were aggressive and threatened to put a lien against my property. Worst contractor I have ever worked with. They will promise everything and deliver on none. 1. 4 plus inches on concrete - 3 at best 2. Did not caulk correctly. - had to fight to get them to redo, ended up mediocre. 3. We received their services mid-November and they did not put any sword or seeds grass for the untreated land. Also they left the land uneven with all the mud cap rolling from our house to the neighbor house and on the concrete we had to buy sod and put it on the soil. They did not even throw seed grass in the neighbors backyard whose backyard and grass. They messed up by driving their rollers. After calling to receive an estimate, Gerald Jr. was prompt in meeting me at my home that afternoon. I received a quote on the spot. Once we decided to move forward with the work, communication became increasingly difficult, as I never received a copy of our contract signed by both parties, even after placing our deposit.
