Dr Stamos and his assistants were awesome, atmosphere great. Dr. Stamos I highly recommend. However, his receptionist Tiffany could use a little bit of empathy for questions that I asked, and I even asked to speak with Dr. or assistant. Access denied. She was playing Dr. And rather than put me in hold to go ask, it's like she knows the routine. I have been a receptionist I know how to greet people by phone and when they enter the office. I give Stamos Endodontics 5 stars!! Everyone was so kind and professional and made the process painless!!
Stamos endodontics did a really great job with my root canal. The procedure was quick and pain free. I was able to get on the waitlist and got in a month sooner than I was supposed to as well. Tiffany was super responsive in texts and checked up on me after the procedure. I didn’t get the name of the assistant that worked with Dr. Stamos, but she was really amazing as well! Overall, I would recommend coming here!
Wow! The entire team was top notch. Tiffany was very helpful scheduling an appointment and putting me on a waiting list for early cancellations which worked in my favor. The team was very informative, explained the entire process, very caring and professional. I would highly recommend. I also appreciated a follow up call after the procedure to ensure everything was going well.
I’ve been there twice now the first was just to look over everything the 2nd was for a root canal they did amazing with me he was very nice and explained everything LOVED the nurse Lindsey(?) she also explained everything and gave me encouragement also gave me a blanket and a Needoh and played music which those things helped my nerves alot definitely would recommend they also take my insurance
