Called the company on a recommendation and was very glad I did. Staff was super friendly all around. The receptionist was very helpful and got us set up as quickly as she could. The pump drivers were also timely, very helpful, and just all around friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using them moving forward.
First off, let me just say that people are so quick to leave negative comments. I, for one, think it's equally important to give praise for a job well done. These guys were top notch, everyone from the young lady who helped me on the phone while getting an appointment, she was knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and answered all of my questions, even though it was obvious that she was sick, she even apologized several times for that. They were on time, polite and explained everything going on. I will definitely use them again.
To reiterate what is already here the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. I called and scheduled our septic pumping and it was completed. The rude lady set the appointment. They came to our company and pumped our septic not a problem. She sends an email 2 weeks later and tells me they will be coming to pump. I politely call her and tell her they have been here. Editing initial review: While I had some initial frustrations with this company, they ultimately came back to do the work needed to make things right. I had them install a brand new septic system at our house which required an alternative treatment system, multiple tanks, and a drainfield. The work was done quickly, but a miscommunication resulted in me thinking the system had been completed when it had not.
