Lomanto Wedding was gorgeous from start to finish. We stayed in Tarpaulin Cove Room, although outdated it was super comfortable for the two of us. Venue sits right on the water with beautiful views all around. DJ Fuego made the night lit. My filet was sub par but the atmosphere of the wedding made up for that.
There for special event. Seems dining and pool dominate. Didn't see any boats at dock. All moored way out. Parking was inadequate. Seemed hemmed into residential neighborhood.
The club has diminished sailing from junior sailing to competitive adult racing during the week. The club has stopped spending money on sailing and poured it into the pool, pickle ball, and tennis. It’s so sad to see this. Stop calling it a yacht club, it’s country club.
