Really glad to not be here any longer. ‘Back in a Flash’ sign is always up at night. Rarely ever anyone available to help out…The community events have been really lacking compared to years prior. The gym has gone downhill and is poorly kept. A lot of people can attest to delays in maintenance problems being resolved in the units. Elevators being unavailable was a recurrent issue. Walls are paper thin…you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Dog urine and feces inside the building and in the courtyard were horrible.... read more

We toured today and had the best experience. Mark was very informative, personable and kind. The amenities are super nice along with the different apartment styles. Could definitely see myself living at The Point!
