This review is not for the apartment complex but for the leasing office manager. Stamford Urby has a great management team, Dylan has been considerate and nice, Will has been patient and responsible, and the front desk has been helpful, except for the female leasing office manager who is arrogant and blaming. Recently, someone got stuck in the elevator and the emergency button didn't work. My review after one year at the Urby, broken down by category. Leasing Office- In my experience they are beyond amazing, I have lived in and I also work with some buildings in the area so I have dealings with staff regularly, I was notified months before my lease was up, the options to renew were explained to me clearly and I was given a number of options within my budget to renew. Elevators are always out of order. Dogs everywhere. Fire alarms go off randomly at very inconvenient times
