The pool and gym are nice, but my biggest issue is that one of the two elevators within each building is always “out of order,” and with 600+ units, especially around busier times of the day, the wait is extensive. One nuanced experience, is that despite the smaller size of the units, the electric bills seem excessively high (summer and winter prices are the same despite a significant reduction in usage during the winter).
Been here for a while, nothing major to complain about. Amenities are great and the cleaning/operations crew does a great job. Definitely worth a look.
Referred here by a friend of my daughters and loved the vibe from my first introduction to Urby. Vibrant, friendly, open, accepting and lively. Moved here with my dog in Aug 25 into a 1 bedroom apt. Major change for both of us coming from a house, going through a grey divorce and living alone for the first time ever.
