The Dispatcher and lead Customer Service personnel have absolutely NO people skills; NOT Customer friendly; and definitely NOT professional in nature. I would NOT recommend this low value, low quality service provider. Proceed at your own risk. And they need BETTER Drivers who can communicate CLEARLY with their Customer base.
