Took backpack blower in for new pull cord. Had to go there after 7 weeks, calling 4 times w/no reply. Nothing had been done. They did pull cord while there, and then told me needs a new carburetor! Brought it home, and it started after 6 pulls! Not going there again!!!
Very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommend for all of your lawn equipment needs. Sale, service or just to answer a question, this is the place.
I brought my Craftsman leaf blower to them to maybe give me some idea of what was wrong. I could not get 2 screws to catch. The man told me that they don't service craftsmen. Only these other two, no name brands. I don't know, never heard of them, but my leaf blower. is only like 2 years old. How do you not service a craftsman? And I understand that it may not be cost effective for you to repair you are still making something on the diagnostic fee.
