Anisha is so good at her job! I went to the draw station and they took me right in, no waiting at all. I don’t typically do well with blood draw but Anisha was friendly, understanding, and fast. I will always go back to her

Took me 6 weeks to get my blood test results sent to the dr. Both times I used them it wasn’t faxed by the office or uploaded to the system. I called a multiple times and got a voice message. Left a few messages but no one called back over a week. When I came to ask for their help, the lady seemed annoyed to be bothered and handed me a number to call. My husband joined me once for his blood test. Took the lady forever to draw blood hurt him in an unusual way and was super nasty.

Giving stars for the easy parking, comfortable walk in facility, short wait (when I was there twice) and pleasant lobby. Took forever to draw blood from my husband and heart his arm in an unusual way. Both times I used the place the result weren’t sent to the prescribing dr. (not on the same patient portal). I called to follow up, my only option was to leave a message. Since they didn’t call back, I had to go back in both times. The staff in the Darien facility of Stamford Hospital are beyond rude. I have been here twice, and this has happened both times. When I see all the other reviews,I am not at all surprised. The lab draw station and the reception staff are pathetic.
