Clinical staff very friendly and nice, however many practice and lab issues. Didn't get results until 2 mos after service. I was told the order would be cancelled and not processed yet I was billed and had to pay anyway. There were mistakes with cultures several times. Would not recommend. I likely made 20 calls between practice managers and lab corp, then another 15 with my insurance carrier. They will put the patient right in the middle without taking accountability for the errors made. Very bad patient service.
