Front desk staff is super friendly, cracked a few good jokes and Dr.S was great. 100% RECOMMEND!
The reception staff, nurses, and scheduler were extremely helpful and kind. They helped me work around my school schedule and really went out of their way to make sure I could get in at the time that was best for me. Doctor Lee was very understanding and was unbelievably helpful. The other review posted here seems completely contrary to my experience. I can’t praise them enough.
The staff working for Dr. Shahzad Zafar is extremely rude.They provide poor communication and do not handle situations with sensitivity. In my experience, anyone associated with Stamford Health customer service is difficult to deal with and has a very unpleasant attitude.
