Called today to schedule an appointment and chose the option to receive a call back. Call back from Sheila. She was rude, abrupt, and interrupted me when I asked questions. Does SHMG even train and monitor the employees they hire for training purposes and professionalism? I would prefer to schedule my appointment online but My Chart doesn't allow me to do so. Not a pleasant experience with Sheila. DO BETTER!
