The level of unprofessionalism from this office really truly has not ceased to amaze me. I have had a bill outstanding for labs that i did not consent to and have messages from my doctor confirming she did not order them. The office refuses to call me back or answer any of my patient portal messages asking for answers and to have the bill removed. I love my OBGYN here but for the third time in a row I’ve had my appointment cancelled the day before with the next available appointment being 3-6 months out.
I have had nothing but a positive experience here. This team is beyond helpful with all my pregnancy questions and supportive with some of the challenges I've experienced along the way. I truly love this group!
