I truly enjoy being seen by Dr. G and appreciate the excellent care he provides. However, I do feel that the medical assistant could benefit from additional training in patient care, communication, and professionalism to ensure patients feel comfortable and respected during their visits. Front desk although not at fault could also do better at validating patient frustrations.

I appreciate the care I receive from my doctor, but I find the front office staff's attitude lacking. They often make it feel like a favor when checking me in and out. I kindly urge you to provide training focused on patient support for the front office team

The level of unprofessionalism from this office really truly has not ceased to amaze me. I have had a bill outstanding for labs that i did not consent to and have messages from my doctor confirming she did not order them. The office refuses to call me back or answer any of my patient portal messages asking for answers and to have the bill removed. I love my OBGYN here but for the third time in a row I’ve had my appointment cancelled the day before with the next available appointment being 3-6 months out.

I have had nothing but a positive experience here. This team is beyond helpful with all my pregnancy questions and supportive with some of the challenges I've experienced along the way. I truly love this group!
