I’m posting this review for a loved one to keep her anonymous: “I left this office very disappointed and feeling violated of my privacy. This was my first time in this office for a routine ultrasound (a first for me). once in the room, the tech informed me of undressing to do the ultrasound but she never left the room to let me get set up. Where do I even start? The receptionists at this location are DREADFUL. They are disrespectful, rude, and condescending. The one that sits all the way to the left, Lorena, cannot even book you an appointment without an attitude. The doctors in this office are late to the majority of appointments - expect to wait 1 hour or longer to be seen even for a routine prenatal visit where they are just checking heart rate in a doppler. The receptionists here are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. It is a shame that they represent the office because although I love my Dr. , these women ruin the entire experience. I am fed up with the rudeness coming from these women. You are ignored as soon as you walk in. I have to interrupt their conversations in order to check into my appointment. The receptionist that sits in the middle (light eyes and light brown hair) always seems to ignore patients when they're standing in front of her. I've been coming here for some time and the last two visits she does this rude action. Even if she's on the phone at the very least acknowledge the patient standing in front of you... other than that, the doctor I see is wonderful.
