All the original doctors have left and have been replaced by doctors with foreign qualifications, mainly from Caribbean univerisities. Great experience with the annual check up including easy appointment set up. Horrible billing department. Unwilling to explain or even bother to look into the billing codes and explain the difference on preventative codes vs. diagnostic codes. Simply putting the blame on the insurance and patient that it is patients responsibility to come in with the exact tests they want to perform for annual check up. Appointment date: 03/26/2025 This is by far the WORST primary care office. The only good people here are Sheri (front desk) and Dr Jhunja. I had yet another bad experience here today for something as simple as trying to get a vaccine I need for my new job. I was greeted with the system is down and I have to wait, ok no worries. But 1 hour later still nothing (mind you seems their system was down for a while and they didn’t have the decency of not wasting my time and calling me so I can get it done elsewhere). Dr. Bal is amazing, so are the other doctors.
Dr Yves Gauvin is an amazing care giver. Professionalism at work, to the core. His empathy and patience is exemplary. Old school medical teachings at work with his patients. His medical support team members, namely Briana, are equally in step with professional care delivered with a smile. The reception team at the office deserve a compliment for dealing with you proficiently, and always with a smile.
