Lack of price transparency: They will not provide you out-of-pocket costs beforehand since they cannot confirm if your insurance will be taken for your specific visit, even if you are already specific to what you will need, just to give the patient a considerable expectation to be prepared financially. Now I have no idea as to how to be prepared for the visit cost-wise.
Despite "travel medicine" being listed on the services provided by this group, and referrals to this group for travel immunizations from within the Stamford Health Group, the receptionist seemed annoyed to receive a call about the service and would only say that "we're not doing that right now". No explanation, no idea when they would be doing "that" again, and no other information or referrals provided. Just a why-are-you-bothering-me attitude. Take it off your website and the referrals and calls will stop.
Dr Strett is amazing she has really good bedside manner she make me very comfortable as patient she take her time to explain me when any change in my health .
