Walking at 10:10 am, a lady was on the phone, didn’t acknowledge our presence, then another employee walked in same thing. She grab the phone and did something else. 10:19am she said who doctor are you seeing today? No good morning, no how are you. Poor, poor customer service!
I called to make an appointment for my dad and the lady on the phone made me wait for the longest time and no one ended up attending me!!!!! So upset!
