Stay away from this lab. They make mistakes, you have to go back to repeat labs and then they bill your insurance for both tests. I’m filing a fraud report on them. My insurance paid them out. I’m handicapped and had to go back twice for bloodwork. When they finally got the bloodwork right, my doctor never received the reports for my visit two weeks later. My experience yesterday makes me feel my health is at stake. I submitted a large urine sample that was collected over a 24 hour period after a blood test that took place a few days prior. I dropped off the jug of urine, answered some questions, waited around while a technician was deciding what to do next. I was then told everything was in order and that I could leave. Love this location! However, I showed up for a blood draw today (Sunday Dec 10th) at 9am and people were waiting outside and the doors were locked. I checked online yesterday to see the posted hours, and "Sunday at 8am" was listed. There was no sign posted on the door or any notice of the change. I was pretty upset because there are no other Stamford Hospital draw stations open on the weekends and I had a digital prescription. My results were never posted on MyChart, as promised. My phone calls to the Long Ridge draw station were diverted to MyChart support representatives, who were not equipped to post the results. I will never go to this facility again.
