I had the pleasure of meeting Savita who was my phlebotomist a couple of weeks ago when I had my annual labs drawn. I’ve had vasal vagal syncope my entire life so blood draws can be very traumatic. Savita listened to and acknowledged my fears. I felt very heard. She pushed the chair into a very reclined position so my legs were elevated. I barely felt the needle and the blood draw was super quick and painless. They didn’t perform the ordered lab tests on my bloodwork, and I had to go back a second time. This sounds like a pattern based on other reviews.
