When calling, you are put on hold for an excessive period of time as you are subjected to recordings that cheerfully tell you how much Stamford Health cares. Office staff love to say no to reasonable requests, and most egregiously, they don't stay on top of your medical needs and the time sensitivity of actions they need to take for uninterrupted continuation of good care. My mom went there with pneumonia and was promised to hear the results within a couple minutes. Here I am typing this and it is a day later. You guys are awful. Treat my mom with care this is ridiculous. Pneumonia is a serious thing which should be treated immediately. You guys are awful. Goodbye.
